About Adam
Adam Aguas is a nearly two-decade veteran of the tattoo industry, known for his bold new school, anime, and pop culture–inspired designs. Currently tattooing at Sapphire Studios in Naperville, IL, Adam is a sponsored artist with Industry Ink, AXYS Rotary, and FYT Needles, and the creator of his own signature color set through Industry Ink.

With a professional background that spans tattooing, illustration, and fine art, Adam works fluidly across mediums—markers, acrylics, oils, and digital art—giving him a dynamic edge as both an artist and an educator. His tattoos are packed with energy, clean color palettes, and storytelling, and his traditional art background brings depth to everything he creates.

In addition to his tattooing career, Adam is a passionate teacher and mentor. This past year, he led a highly attended illustration seminar at the Villain Arts Chicago Tattoo Convention, where he shared techniques for composition, color theory, and developing a consistent visual voice.
