Call For Art: Cat Art Show
Would you like to submit art to our gallery? We are now accepting gallery artists for our Cat Art Show!
Artists can show their work until our next call for art. Accepted artists can cycle their artwork from their reserved space in the gallery. One submission for wall display only. You're welcome to remove your artwork from the gallery prior to the end date.

Application for show must be received by April 16th!

Artists that have been accepted into the show will be contacted directly via email by April 19th at the latest.

Opening reception will take place on May 4th- 12-5pm

Art drop off will be on Sunday, April 21st starting at 11am till 3pm, a second late drop off will be on May 2nd 12-3pm.

Artists are welcome to pick-up artwork whenever they wish after the June 9th, but official pick up date is September 1st 11am-3pm
We are accepting a number of featured artist products as well, chosen artists can feature products such as stickers, prints, etc. Table and display space is very limited.
Artist MUST provide a QR code for payment. Alchemy will not process any artist transactions with their POS. Artists receive payment directly from their patrons.
Additional photos may be requested for artist products.
Additional information will be provided upon acceptance into the gallery.
ARTIST AND SALES AGREEMENT, & WAIVER OF LIABILITY
Originality:

In consideration of the opportunity to display my work to the public, and artist products, I hereby acknowledged, I, the undersigned artist, certify that the art that I am submitting is my original art and that I am the author and creator of this art. I acknowledge that Alchemy Tattoo & Gallery reserves the right to accept or deny any submission with or without cause.
Promotion and Social Media:

I grant Alchemy Tattoo & Gallery permission to publish in all media my name, artwork, and location for use in promotion through print media, television, and the internet. My name will be attributed to my pieces that are shown by Alchemy Tattoo & Gallery or other persons or entities.
Responsibility:

I understand that Alchemy Tattoo & Gallery and its partners do not assume responsibility for loss or damage to my artwork(s) or artist products or the loss or damage to frames or glass, no matter how sustained. Ordinary safety and care precautions are in place to ensure added protection of my work.
Waiver of Liability:

Once I submit this form electronically or by paper copy, I (the artist), shall indemnify and hold Alchemy Tattoo & Gallery and appointed officers, partners, and employees harmless from any and all claims, costs and liabilities for any artwork damage as a result of handling and displaying the artwork at Alchemy Tattoo & Gallery.
Sales:

During this exhibit, it is up to the Artist to arrange payment between themselves and the buyer. Alchemy Tattoo & Gallery may provide a means of payment via the artists preferred payment method via the artist's PayPal, Zelle, etc. Thus, the artist will receive direct payment for their artwork and/or art products. Artist MUST provide a QR code with their artwork or their submission will NOT be accepted.

We do not take sales commission, the artist keeps 100% of the sales price.

The Artist is expected to report income to the IRS. Alchemy Tattoo & Gallery is not liable for any unpaid income taxes/ sales taxes.
